1Submit this form along with Fee Payment receipt & photocopies of qualification certificates to the D.El.Ed office in person / by post / by courier. इस आवेदन पत्र को शुल्क भुगतान की रसीद एवं शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्रों की फोटो प्रति सहित D.El.Ed कार्यालय में व्यक्तिगत / डाक / कूरियर द्वारा जमा करें।
2Enter the applicant's details exactly as mentioned in the certificates; otherwise, the application will be rejected. आवेदक का विवरण प्रमाण पत्रों में उल्लिखित विवरण के अनुसार ही भरें, अन्यथा आवेदन अस्वीकार किया जाएगा।
3Fill in all the details mentioned in the application form. आवेदन पत्र में उल्लिखित सभी विवरण भरें।
4Application fee is non-refundable. Complete the payment process online after submitting the form. आवेदन शुल्क अप्रतिदेय है। फॉर्म जमा करने के बाद ऑनलाइन भुगतान प्रक्रिया पूरी करें।
5Upload a recent passport-size photograph (JPG/PNG/GIF, max 2 MB). हालिया पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो अपलोड करें (JPG/PNG/GIF, अधिकतम 2 MB)।
6Print the payment receipt and enclose it with photocopies of documents for verification. भुगतान की रसीद प्रिंट करें और सत्यापन हेतु दस्तावेजों की फोटो प्रति के साथ संलग्न करें।
